Istella is pleased to announce its participation in the F‑SNICAP (Futuristic Smart Non‑Invasive methods of Cancer Prediction) project, selected within the IPCEI Health program dedicated to strategic value chains in the healthcare sector. The project was presented by Innovaway S.p.A. in collaboration with several research institutes and technology companies, including the National Cancer Institute IRCCS “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples.
Istella, which collaborated in the preparation and submission of the project proposal together with Innovaway and other technological partners, will take an active role in its implementation by contributing its expertise in Artificial Intelligence.
The envisioned platform adopts a secure architecture based on a federated cloud‑edge system and leverages cutting‑edge technologies such as High Performance Computing and Generative AI to efficiently process large volumes of heterogeneous data, while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of privacy, data ownership, and ethics.
Through its participation in F‑SNICAP, Istella contributes to the development of innovative tools for personalized medicine, supporting the digital transformation of the healthcare sector and strengthening collaboration between universities, research institutes, and technology companies.
